What is the return policy?
Unopened or partially used food products may be returned, at a minimun half way full.
All Treat Bar purchases, toys and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
NO REFUNDS or exchanges on bedding, surgical wear or outerwear, unless defective;
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition;
All returns require a receipt and must be done with 14 days;
When will I get my order?
In most cases, your order will be ready for delivery in 1-2 hours. You will be notified once the order is out for delivery. If you have any questions, please use our chat or give us a call at (204)222-8069.
I can’t find a product I buy instore, do you still sell it?
We are currently working on adding more products from our in person inventory to the online store. If you are looking for a particular item, please give us a call at (204)222-8069 to place an order over the phone.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and chosen delivery time. We provide free next day shipping on all orders over $100 before taxes. Any orders under $100 will be charged a flat $10 shipping rate. You will always know the shipping rate before you complete your purchase.
